We work with more than 200 bank branch managers and commercial loan officers in Florida. They refer to us loan requests they cannot satisfy for whatever reason. It could be too big or too small, a special property type or under circumstances outside guidelines. We take those referrals to a couple of the banks we know have an appetite for the loan or place the loan with another lender that will have an interest. Knowing how and under what terms who, will make that loan is our “stock in trade”.
